Mahim Halwa/Bombay Halwa


Ingredients
Milk 2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Ghee 1/4 cup + 2 small spoon
Cardamom powder 1/2 small spoon
Almond flakes
Pisteshio pieces
Kesar - 9-10 threads
Recipe
Put the milk in a heavy bottom pan
Add 1/4 cup ghee, cornflour, sugar to it and let it thicken
Once mix stops getting stick to pan add 2 table spoon of ghee and mix well
Pour the mixture on butter paper/foil and roll using ghee greesed roller
Spread all the dryfruits evenly to entire mixture and roll again 
Let it cool in fridge for 30 mins then cut.
Keep in fridge again for 1 hour and halwa is ready to serve
