Sweet potato Corn Cutlet

Sweet potato rich in fiber and vitamin C. Sweet Corn good at taste and diagation.

Ingredients:
Sweet Potato
Sweet Corn
Green Chilly
Groundnut
Salt
Kasuri Methi
Maida
Bread Crums


Preparation:
1. Boil sweet potato only for 7-8 mins. Boil Sweet potato as well.
2. Grind the groundnut.
3. Peel sweet potato and grate. Mash Sweet corn as well and mix with mashed sweet potato.
4. Put kasuri Methi, Finely chopped green chilly, groundnut ground, salt.
5. Mix well everything together and make any shape (Cylinder,balls,tikki etc.) to make cutlet.
6. Take one small spoon of maida and mix with water to make a thin paste.
7. Dip cutlet in paste and then cover with bread crums.
.8. Fry on medium flame , put it for frying only after oil is heated.
9. Serve hot with chutney. 
10. Can serve cutlet as kofta in any type of kofta curry.
