Spinach corn soup

Benefits:
Goodness of Spinach  (Rich  in iron) and good for digetion

Ingredints:
Spinach
Corn
Black Pepper
Salt
Italian herbs

Prepration:
1. Boil the corn and blench the spinch.
2. Grind them together
3. Sieve the mixture and make a watery paste
4. put 1 small spoon of olive oil/butter in pan and pour the mixture.
5. Let it boil for 5 mins and add black pepper & salt.
6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning before serving.
7. Serve hot.
