Ingredients:
RavaMaida
Jeera
Chopped Onion
Salt
Preparation:
1. Take Rava and mix 1 spoon of Maida to it
2. Mix well and add water to make a thin watery batter.
3. Add onion finely chopped and jeera to it
4. Batter is ready to make crispy dosa like restaurant.
TIP:
Make sure to use Non-stick tawa and watery batter. And pour the batter on pan with the help of bowl or glass. DON't use spoon to spread batter on tawa like other dosa's.
