Rava Balls

Ingredients:
Rava
Urad Dal
Green Chilly
Salt
Oil
curry leaves
mustered seeds







Preparation:
1. Put little oil in a small pan
2. Add Curry leaves, mustered seed and salt to it.
3. Add water and rava in 4:1 ratio.
4. Let water come to full boil and add rava slowly and keep staring so that mumps does not get formed.
5. Switch off the flame and let it cool little. Once water is absorbed in rava completely make small balls of the mixture.
6. Steam the balls for 15 mins on medium flame.
7. For frying now take a pan and put 2-3 small spoon of oil to it.
8. add urad dal and let it cook until becomes brown. Add curry leaves, musterd seed, jeera, green chilly, termaric powder, salt to it.
9. Add steams balls to it and mix well.
10. Serve hot.
