Ingredients:
Soak Urad Dal 3-4 hours 1cup
Fenugreek Seed 1 small spoon
Soak Rice 3 cup
Soak Ragi in different container 1 cup
Preparation.
1. Once soaked for 3-4 hours , drain the water and grind urad dal and Fenugreek first.
2. Mix soaked rice in it and make smooth batter.
3. Once done add soaked ragi to it and mix well.
4. Batter is ready , Leave it for 8-9 hours (overnight)
5. Add salt to it and start preparing dosa.
