Ragi Banana Cooker Cake

This cake is loved by all but specially good for kids because it is tasty n healthy. Adults would love it because of health reasons olive oil good for heart n ragi rich in calcium




Ingredients:
Ragi 1 cup
Maida 1 cup
Rava 1 cup
Sugar 2 cups
1 ripe Banana
2 carrot grated
Olive oil
Salt
Baking powder
Curd 1 cup

Preparation:
1. Sieve all the flours n sugar n salt.
2. Sieve baking powder also along with them.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients well
4. Now add curd,oil
5. Now add carrot n banana
6. Add water if needed to build the batter consistency similar to idly batter.
7. Prepare baking tin by applying oil n then rava on top of it.
8. Pour the batter in tin n keep in idly cooker for 15-20 mins on medium flame.
9. Check if it is cooked wiht a stick,if batter is sticking on it keep for 5 more mins else it is ready to serve or decorate.
TIP
1. Cake will be good only if quantity of all flours is same.
2. Make sure there r no lumps in the batter
