Moong Dal Chilla

Ingredients:
Moong Dal soaked over night
Besan(gram flour)
Corriender seeds whole
Sauf
Green chilly
Tomato
Salt



Preparation:
1. Grind soaked Dal
2. Mix 1/4 amount of Besan to above batter
3. Grind corriender seeds and sauf coarsly(1-2 small spoon) and add to batter
4. Finely chop or make a paste or green chilly n tomato and mix in batter.
5. Add salt as per taste.
7. Pour batter on the pan and spread Like dosa.
8. Ready to serve with ketchup or choice of chutney.
