Lite Poori Sabzi

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour
Aloo
Green Chilly
Salt
Termaric
Grated Coconut




Preparation:
1. Prepare tight dough using wheat flour
2. Take potato and peel them and cut in small pieces.
3. put little oil in a small cooker
4. Add musterd seed, jeera and green chily to it. Use green chilly only with one slit in it dont finely chop.
5. Add termaric powder and salt.
6. Add cut potato and little water. Close the cooker and let it cook until 2 wistels.
7. Prepare poori and fry in oil . Serve hot.
