Benefits:
Taste and goodness of coconut milk, corn, carrot. Corn is good for stomach and helps in digestion.
Ingredients:
Sweet Corn
Coconut Milk
Green Chilly
Carrot
Capsicum
Onion
Black Pepper
Salt
Ghee
Preparation:
1. Boil corn
2. Roast the capsicum directly on stove
3. Wash the capsicum n remove burnt layer
4. Cut onion ,carrot n capsicum in fine pieces
5. Grind boiled corn n coconut milk in mixed till it becomes a watery paste.
6. Add1 small spoon of ghee/butter to pan
7. Add onion n carrot n let it become golden brown
8. Add corn coconut paste to it n little more water
9. Let entire mixture boil and add finely chopped capsicum.switch off the stove and serve hot.
TIPS:
- don't over cook capsicum on flame
- Let carrot cook as per taste , some people like it crisp n some may like it fully cooked.
