Gazar (carrot) halwa

Benefits:
Goodness of carrot, Rich in vitamin A and good for eyes.

Ingredients:
Carrot (preferably Red)
Milk in same amount as carrot
Sugar
Dry fruits

Preparation
1. Grate the carrot
2. Take a pan wiht thick bottom
3. Heat the milk and add all the grated carrot to it
4. Add sugar after sometime.
5. Sugar should be half of the amount of carrot weight.
6. Keep mixing to make sure does not stick to pan.
7. Once milk is dried up add dry fruits and mix well.
8. Serve hot or cold it tastes good.
