Ragi Banana Cooker Cake

Benefits : This cake is loved by all but specially good for kids because it is tasty n healthy. Adults would love it because of health reasons olive oil good for heart n ragi rich in calcium Ingredients: Ragi 1 cup Maida 1 cup Rava 1 cup Sugar 2 cups 1 ripe Banana 2 carrot grated Olive oil Salt Baking powder Curd 1 cup Preparation : 1. Sieve all the flours n sugar n salt. 2. Sieve baking powder also along with them. 3. Mix all the dry ingredients well 4. Now add curd,oil 5. Now add carrot n banana 6. Add water if needed to build the batter consistency similar to idly batter. 7. Prepare baking tin by applying oil n then rava on top of it. 8. Pour the batter in tin n keep in idly cooker for 15-20 mins on medium flame. 9. Check if it is cooked wiht a stick,if batter is sticking on it keep for 5 more mins else it is ready to serve or decorate. TIP 1. Cake will be good only if quantity of all flours is same. 2. Make sure there r no lumps in the bat

Potato Peas sigar

Ingredients: 1. Potato 2. Peas 3. Salt 4. Groundnut 5. Red Chilly powder 6. sesame seeds(Til) Preparation: 1. Boil the potatoes, Grind the groundnuts roast the mixture in 1 small spoon of oil. 2. Fry the peas in one small spoon of oil and grind it separately. 3. Let the potatoes cool and mash it completely. 4. Now mix grinded peas,groundnut and mashed potatoes. 5. Add chilly powder & salt to taste in the mixture. 6. Now make cylindrical shaped pieces and wrap it with sesame seeds. 7. Deep fry it and serve hot with tomato catch up.

Aloo Paratha

Benefits : Taste of Panjab Ingredients : Boiled potato Green chilly finely chopped Salt Corriander leaves Wheat flour Butter Preparation : 1. Boil the potato and grate them. 2. Prepare the dough adding water like chapati dough but make sure it should be loose (similar to mashed potato consistency) 3. Add chopped chilly ,salt and finely chopped corriender leaves 4. Mix well and make balls. 5. Now take a small part from dough for one paratha , make a small bowl kind of shape and place potato ball in it. cover it and start rolling with the help of dry wheat flour. 6. Heat Tawa and cook it both side and apply butter at same time. 7 Hot Aloo Paratha is ready to serve wiht curd/pickle.
