Spinach Corn Sandwich

Benefits: Goodness of iron and digestion with taste of cheese. Ingredients: 1. Spinach 2. Boiled Sweet corn 3. Onion 4. Green Chilly 5. Black Pepper 6. Salt to taste 7. Cheese cube Preparation: 1. Boil the corn 2. Blanch Spinach 3. Put 1 small spoon of oil in pan and add finely chopped onion 4. Let it become light brown , add spinach and corn. 5. Add black pepper and salt as per taste. 6. switch off the flame and then add grated cheese. 7. Put one scoop of the stuffing between the bread and put it in sandwich maker. 8. Take it out and serve hot.

Bread Pizza

Ingredients: 1. Bread 2. Pizza sauce 3. Chilli flakes 4. Grated Cheese cubes 5. Butter 6. pizza seasoning Prepration: 1. Spread 1 cube of grated cheese on the bread. 2. Spread pizza sauce on top of it. 3. Spread butter on pan n put the bread on it 4. Let it roast it for 2 mins 5. Sprinkle chilli flakes and pizza seasoning on it serve hot with choice of toppings.

Ragi Banana Cooker Cake

Benefits : This cake is loved by all but specially good for kids because it is tasty n healthy. Adults would love it because of health reasons olive oil good for heart n ragi rich in calcium Ingredients: Ragi 1 cup Maida 1 cup Rava 1 cup Sugar 2 cups 1 ripe Banana 2 carrot grated Olive oil Salt Baking powder Curd 1 cup Preparation : 1. Sieve all the flours n sugar n salt. 2. Sieve baking powder also along with them. 3. Mix all the dry ingredients well 4. Now add curd,oil 5. Now add carrot n banana 6. Add water if needed to build the batter consistency similar to idly batter. 7. Prepare baking tin by applying oil n then rava on top of it. 8. Pour the batter in tin n keep in idly cooker for 15-20 mins on medium flame. 9. Check if it is cooked wiht a stick,if batter is sticking on it keep for 5 more mins else it is ready to serve or decorate. TIP 1. Cake will be good only if quantity of all flours is same. 2.
