Benefits:
Goodness of Ragi and oats. Ragi is rich in calcium and oats is good to reduce cholesterol.
Ingredients:
1. Ragi
2. Oats
3. Rava
4. Curd
5. Oil
Preparation:
1. Grind oat and mix the powder with ragi. Oats and ragi should be in equal amount.
2. Mix oats powder, Rava, Ragi and curd in 1:1:1:1/2 ratio.
3. Take oil half of the amount of curd.
4. Heat the oil , put mustered seed in it let it splutter.
5. Put this oil in prepared batter.
6. Pour batter in idly molds n steam it for 15 mins.
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
