Lauki ka Halwa

Benefits:
Low on colestrol, high fiber and iron

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd
Milk
Sugar
Dry fruits
1 small spoon of ghee







Preparation:
1. Grate bottlegourd
2. Put ghee in a pan
3. Put grated bottle gourd
4. Pour milk in same pan until entire grated content is dipped in milk. Add sugar as per taste.
5. Let it cook until entire milk is gone and halwa stats leaving pan.
6. Add dry fruits and serve hot.
