Wheat Flour.
Rice Flour
Curd
Oil
Salt
Preparation.
1. Take wheat flour and mix with equal amount of rice flour
2. Mix Curd in the half amount as rice flour
3. Put oil half cup
4. Mix all the ingredients together to bring dosa batter consistency.
5. Add water if needed.
6. Batter is ready , start preparing and serve with choice of chutney.
