Ice Paneer

Ingredients:
1. Fresh Paneer
2. Sugar Syrup
3. Dry-Fruits
4. Saffron(Kesar)

Preparation:
1. Take Fresh Paneer
2. Cut it in small pieces
3. Soak it in Sugar syrup (Prepared using Sugar and water in 1:2 ratio) for 2-3 hours in fridge.
4. Take it out garnish it with dry fruits and kesar.
5. serve Chilled.
