Ingredients:
1. Hung Curd
2. Green Chilly
3. Salt
4. Sugar
5. Italian herbs
6. Black Pepper
7. Chilly Flakes
8. Kasuri Methi
9. Fried gram flour
10. Oil for shallow frying
11. Maida small spoon
Preparation:
1. Take hung curd
2. Mix same amount of fried gram flour to it.
3. Add all the mentioned spices and 1 small spoon of kasuri methi to it.
4. Mix well and make in the shape of tikki
5. Mix maida with water and make a watery mixture.
6. Dip the tikki in maida and shallow fry in pan.
5. Serve with coriander chutney.
