Banana oats Pancake

Oats - Helps in reducing cholesterol, Good for new mother in lactation.

Ingredients:
Oats
Milk
Banana
Sugar
Salt
Baking powder one small spoon.

Preparation:
1. Mash Banana and mix with milk n sugar. Leave it aside for 10 mins.
2. Grind oats finely.
3. Mix baking powder,salt with oats powder.
4. slowly add liquid mixture prepared until batter is ready. Batter should be n thick consistency.
5. Heat the pan on very low flame, pour oil/ghee to grease the pan.
6. Take a scope of batter and pour on pan, spread it evenly.
7. let it cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.
8. Turn it and let it cook other side for 3-4 mins again.
9. serve it with honey/butter.
