Ajwine namak parathe

Benefits:
Goodness of wheat flour and ajwine good for digestion.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Ajwine
Salt



Preparation:
1. Prepare dough using wheat flour. Add 2&3 small spoon of oil in flour before preparing dough for 10 partahas.
2. Soak ajwine in very little water add salt to it.
3. Role a small portion of the dough , spread ajwine water to it.
4. Fold it in triangle and cook on Tawa
5. Apply butter/ghee on both sides.
6. Serve with Tea/coffee
