Khari

Ingredients:
All purpose flour(maida)
Vegetable shortening/dalda
salt
Sugar

Recipe:
Take all purpose flour 2 cup
Add salt as per taste
Add 3-4 small spoon of vegetable shortening
Now add water and prepare a dough similar to roti dough.
Leave it for 20 mins
Now roll entire dough and make a thin layer
Spread vegetable shortening evenly all over it
Now fold it and keep in fridge for 20 mins
Take it out roll again and spread vegetable shortening again. Fold and keep again in fridge 
Repeate this process of keeping in fridge n rolling  for 3-4 times so that you can have 10-12 layers in the dough
Now take it out n rest for 30 mins
Cut in desired shape n keep in oven for 40 mins at 180 degree C.
Khari is ready to eat with tea
