Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:
Boiled potato
Green chilly finely chopped
Salt
Corriander leaves
Wheat flour
Butter
Preparation:
1. Boil the potato and grate them.
2. Prepare the dough adding water like chapati dough but make sure it should be loose (similar to mashed potato consistency)
3. Add chopped chilly ,salt and finely chopped corriender leaves
4. Mix well and make balls.
5. Now take a small part from dough for one paratha , make a small bowl kind of shape and place potato ball in it. cover it and start rolling with the help of dry wheat flour.
6. Heat Tawa and cook it both side and apply butter at same time.
7 Hot Aloo Paratha is ready to serve wiht curd/pickle.
